Spa Glow Herbal Facial Tea

Hibiscus..."Botox" of the plant world. It's known to be firming and lifting.
Chamomile...Helps to relax tight facial muscles and improve circulation.
Rose Hips...Extremely rich in vitamin C and a potent anti-oxidant.
Spearmint...Energizes dull skin, helps to clear the sinuses.
Lavender...Helps to calm dry, irritated skin
Rosemary...Strengthens capillaries and improves circulation to encourage a healthy glow.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil..Clears the sinuses and helps to calm the mind.

1. Steep a few teaspoonfuls in 3-4 cups of very hot water for a few minutes (as if you were making tea) until the herbs begin to infuse the water.
You'll know it's ready when the water begins to turn pink from the hibiscus and rosehips.

2. Hold your face over the bowl, and drape a towel over your head to create a tent.

3. Allow yourself to relax and unwind as you breathe in the cleansing aroma, allowing the infused steam to open and purify your pores.
Added bonus: this is a wonderful treatment for sinus congestion and allergy symptoms!

4. Continue for 5-10 minutes, or for as long as you prefer, then rinse with cool water and pat dry. 

*Your skin will appear flushed for several minutes after the treatment. This is normal and expected.
