Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do!

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unused and unopened. Pure Scents is not responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If there's an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) we'll be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund. Please send a photograph of the error or damage, and weI'll do our best to make it right...Our goal is always your happiness!
  • All of Pure Scent's products are handmade with natural ingredients, many of which are temperature-sensitive. Please keep in mind that the climate you live in, transit time, and length of time that your delivery will remain on your porch or in your mailbox may affect the consistency of your products. This is not a defect, and will in no way change the effectiveness of your products. All of the same skin-nourishing benefits will still be there...we promise!

  • Please keep an eye on your tracking info so that you or someone else can grab it as soon as it arrives! If your products have softened or melted after being left in the heat for too long, simply place them in the refrigerator for a little while until they have reached the desired consistency.
  • We will always package items with extra care and protection, and all packages will be insured and tracked. If your order is received damaged or is lost or misplaced by the postal system, please either click here or contact us.
  • If you're shipping an item back, make sure to send it in the same type of protective packaging it was received in, with trackable shipping. We can only issue refunds on packages that are returned undamaged.
